For the mobile app (iOS & Android). This page describes the main screens and how to use them.

Overview

Scheduler Master helps you manage medications, appointments, and related health events in one calendar, with reliable reminders. The app works offline-first: your schedule data stays on your device unless you use export/backup features. You can also keep a health log (journal) for vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, glucose, and more.

Calendar & schedules

  • The calendar shows your day, week, or month view depending on app settings. Events appear as colored items by type.
  • Event types commonly include pills, injections, doctor visits, procedures, and diagnostics. Each type can use its own color so you can scan the day quickly.
  • Use Add schedule (often via the + button) to create a new schedule. You can set times, recurrence, duration, and reminders. When you enter a new name while adding a schedule, it can be saved for reuse—see Library.
  • Open an event to view or edit details and reminders.

Reminders

Enable notifications in system settings so the app can alert you at the times you set. Reminder content reflects only what you configured in the app. If notifications are disabled, open the device settings for Scheduler Master and allow alerts.

Logs (health journal)

The Logs screen (sometimes labeled Journal in other languages) is for tracking health measurements over time—not your medication schedule. Use it to record readings and review trends on a chart.

Metric types

  • Temperature (°C)
  • Blood pressure (systolic / diastolic, mmHg)
  • Saturation (SpO₂, %)
  • Glucose (mg/dL)
  • Pulse (bpm)
  • Custom – enter a name, unit, and numeric value (for example weight in kg or steps). Names you add can be reused later via autocomplete when you create another custom entry.

Charts & filters

  • Tap a category chip (temperature, blood pressure, etc.) to select what the chart and list show. The chart updates for that metric only.
  • Set Start date and End date to limit the period. Only readings inside that range appear in the chart, summary, and list.
  • Use the Range / Day toggle on the chart: Range shows values across the selected dates (with daily min–max-style visualization and daily averages, depending on version). Day focuses on a single day so you can see how readings change by time of day.
  • The chart legend usually explains dots (individual readings), ranges, and dashed lines (often daily averages). Blood pressure may show systolic and diastolic as separate series.

Summary & history

Below the chart, summary values typically include average, minimum, maximum, and reading count for the filtered period. Scroll the history list for individual entries; use edit (pencil) or delete (trash) on each row as needed.

Adding a log

  • Tap + (top right or center, depending on layout).
  • Choose the metric, date and time, and values. For blood pressure, enter both numbers. For custom metrics, set name, unit, and value.
  • Save to add the entry to your log and refresh the chart.

Library

The Library stores names you add when creating schedules (and related autocomplete entries). You can open the Library screen to see the full list and edit names. New names entered while adding a schedule are added here automatically. This helps keep scheduling fast and consistent. Data stays on your device; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Profile

The Profile area can hold information you choose to keep handy (for example for emergencies), such as personal details or blood type, depending on app version. Only add what you are comfortable storing locally on your device.

Settings, backup & language

  • Appearance – theme, colors, and display options where available.
  • Language – switch app language if supported (for example English or Georgian).
  • Export / import – backup your data to a file and restore it when you change phones. Keep backup files private and stored safely.

Privacy & your data

Scheduler Master is built so your schedule and related data remain under your control on your device. For the official statement on storage, permissions, and the Library, read the Privacy Policy.
